CGL George (19xx, VFD, 4 AA Batteries, Model# ?)
Not a handheld (obviously), but I had recently discovered the Axlon version (called Compurobot), and was able to actually buy the CGL version! I'm a fan of Disney's 1979 movie The Black Hole, and this robot is obviously a complete rip-off of one of the robots from the movie: V.I.N.CENT. (Vital Information Necessary CENTralized) (as you can see from the image of the movie's robot at the bottom).
