Same game, several different languages. The top picture is all from one box, the front cover is pictured one way, the manual calls it something else, and yet a different name is printed on the game (and it looks like it's called Seal Land on the other manual in the box).

French version called Le Phoque Jongleur (still says Ottosei Land on the game itself):
